Everything you need to know about using Rezubot, how your data is handled, and what you're paying for.
No. If you have a resume, upload it and Rezubot will tailor it to the job. If you're starting from scratch — new grad, career changer, first time job hunting, re-entering the workforce — just fill in your details: your name, some experience (even just one role, internship, or volunteer work), your skills, and your education.
Rezubot will write a job-specific resume from what you give it. The more you fill in, the better the result — but even a rough outline is enough to get started.
You paste (or upload) your resume and a job posting. Rezubot's AI reads both, figures out which of your skills and experience match that specific job, and rewrites your resume to highlight those matches. You get back a tailored resume ready to submit.
Think of it like having someone rewrite your resume for every job you apply to, except it takes about 60 seconds instead of an hour.
ATS stands for Applicant Tracking System. It's the software most companies use to filter resumes before a human ever sees them. When you apply online, your resume usually goes through an ATS first. The system scans for keywords, job titles, and skills that match the job posting. If your resume doesn't match well enough, it gets filtered out automatically.
Your ATS score is a number from 0 to 100 that estimates how well your resume matches a specific job posting. A higher score means your resume is more likely to pass the ATS filter and actually reach a recruiter.
No. The AI is specifically instructed to use only the information you provide. It will not invent job titles, companies, skills, degrees, or dates. What it does is take your real experience and reword it to better match the job you're targeting. It strengthens your existing bullet points and weaves in relevant keywords naturally.
You should still review the output before submitting. It's your resume and your name on it.
Rezubot accepts PDF, DOCX, DOC, and TXT files up to 10MB. You can also skip the upload and paste your resume text directly into the form.
You get a tailored resume as a PDF or DOCX download, plus your ATS score and a list of matched keywords. If you added the cover letter option, you get that too. The cover letter is written specifically for the job you provided, not a generic template.
Yes. Before Rezubot generates your resume, you can choose:
Tone — Formal, Confident, or Casual
Length — Concise (1 page), Standard (1-2 pages), or Detailed (2 pages)
Emphasis — Skills-first, Experience-first, or Achievements-first
These settings shape how the AI writes your resume so it matches both the job and your personal style.
No. Your resume is sent to the AI, processed, and the result is returned to your browser. We do not save copies of your resume on our servers. Once the page closes, it's gone.
Your resume and job posting text are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for processing. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models. No human at Rezubot or Anthropic reads your resume.
Payment info is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

$2.99 per tailored resume download. If you want a cover letter with it, that's an additional $1.99. No subscription, no hidden fees.
No. You don't need to sign up, log in, or create a profile. Just paste your resume and a job posting, pay when you're happy with the result, and download.
Yes. You'll see a preview of your tailored resume, your ATS score, and matched keywords before you pay anything. The download is the only paid step.
You can adjust the customization settings (tone, length, emphasis) and regenerate before downloading. If you've already paid and something is genuinely wrong, email support@rezubot.com and we'll sort it out.
Most people don't need a resume tailored every day. They need it when they find a job worth applying for. Paying $30-50 per month for something you use a few times doesn't make sense. With Rezubot, you pay only when you need it.
Some job sites (especially LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor) make it hard to scrape job postings automatically. If the URL doesn't work, just copy and paste the job description text directly into the form. That always works.
Make sure your file is a PDF, DOCX, DOC, or TXT and under 10MB. If the file is an image-based PDF (like a scan), the text might not extract correctly. In that case, paste your resume text manually.
